1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services related to agricultural business operations and organic farming, including land preparation, organic farming methods, crop management, pest control, and farm equipment usage.
1.2. By accessing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below and confirm that you have read and understood them.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or directly to our clients.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes or conflicts that arise from the use of our services will be handled under Egyptian jurisdiction.
2. Services Provided
2.1. Our company offers a wide range of services in the agricultural sector, focusing on organic farming practices. These services include land preparation, organic crop cultivation, irrigation systems, natural pest management, crop harvesting, and consulting on sustainable agricultural practices.
2.2. Organic farming services are offered in compliance with international standards and local regulations to ensure that all products are free from harmful chemicals and pesticides, promoting the health of both the consumer and the environment.

3. Payment and Billing

4. Booking and Scheduling
4.1. Clients are required to schedule services in advance. Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our office. Availability is subject to our current workload and seasonal demands.
4.2. We recommend booking services as early as possible, especially during peak farming seasons, to ensure timely delivery.
4.3. In cases of urgent or last-minute requests, we will do our best to accommodate the client's needs, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability.
5. Service Delivery and Performance
5.1. Our team of professionals will perform the agreed-upon services on the scheduled dates. We aim to complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner, respecting your time and business requirements.
5.2. We use high-quality, sustainable equipment and organic materials to carry out all services. If any unforeseen issues arise that may delay the completion of the service, we will inform you immediately and provide a revised timeline.
5.3. For large-scale projects, such as land preparation for organic farming or extensive crop management, we will provide progress updates throughout the duration of the project.
5.4. If additional services are required beyond the original agreement, the customer will be notified of any extra charges or work needed before proceeding.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the agricultural land is accessible for our team to perform services. Any obstacles or limitations must be communicated before the service begins to avoid delays.
6.2. Clients must provide accurate information regarding the current status of their farm, including any pest issues, soil conditions, and irrigation systems in place, to ensure the correct approach to organic farming is applied.
6.3. Customers are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for agricultural operations that may be required by local authorities.
6.4. If the customer provides any materials, such as organic seeds, fertilizers, or equipment, they must ensure that the products are of the required quality and meet organic farming standards.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all services performed. If you are not satisfied with the results of our work, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will assess the situation and either correct the work at no additional cost or provide a partial refund for unsatisfactory results.
7.2. We are not responsible for any damage caused by external factors outside our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or pest infestations that occur after the completion of services.
7.3. Our liability for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
8.1. Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule any service appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
8.2. If, for any reason, we are unable to perform the agreed-upon services, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer alternative solutions or reschedule the appointment.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
9.1. We take your privacy seriously. Any personal or business information provided to us during the course of our work will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing agricultural services.
9.2. We do not share or sell your personal information to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law or in cases of partnerships necessary to complete the services.

10. Dispute Resolution
